I. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, deploying, or interacting with the ACTUC platform, you explicitly agree to operate as a “Guardian” of objective truth. Use of this independent node constitutes a binding, non-negotiable agreement to actively combat disinformation, defend human values, and strictly adhere to the [ Sentinel Code of Conduct ]

II. User Responsibilities & Eligibility

  • Mission Integrity: Guardians must never utilize the ACTUC framework to propagate aggression, hate speech, psychological warfare, or verified falsehoods. Every entry must be backed by intent for justice.
  • Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Sentinel access credentials and encryption keys. Breach of key security must be reported immediately.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the ACTUC intellectual army and submit logs to the archive.

III. Intellectual Property & License

The proprietary ACTUC framework, including the specialized “Urgency” categorization matrix, UI architecture, and “Sentinel” hierarchy, is protected by international copyright laws. Original content or data logs submitted remain the property of the creator. However, by deploying content onto the platform, you grant ACTUC a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to utilize, analyze, and distribute said data for the collective defense and social literacy of humanity.

IV. Termination of Access (Neutralization)

ACTUC Administration reserves the absolute right to neutralize (permanently deactivate) any node or account found to be a “hostage to ignorance”. This specifically applies to entities actively promoting geopolitical aggression, sabotage of collective intelligence, or intentional data pollution within the network.

V. Limitation of Liability

ACTUC provides all data, archives, and system tools on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While our network algorithms and Guardians strive for absolute verifiable accuracy, ACTUC is not liable for external hyperlinks, third-party network drops, or the real-world tactical actions of individual users outside the digital platform interface.
